Introduction to Turbo Kick. Learn the moves for cardio Kick Boxing:
Punches: Jab, Cross, Hook, Upper Cut
Kicks: Front Push, Side Push, Back Push, Roundhouse
Specialty Moves: Pump, Shake & Shed, Capoeira, Ginga, Wheel, Knee

Turbo Kick is a high energy cardio kickboxing class that combines moves from various martial art forms, dancing and HIIT training. Moving to heart pumping music, the participants can burn up to 1000 calories during the class. Class length ranges from 45, 60, 75 and 90 minute formats.
