Upper Body Focused Strength Intervals: 3 sets of 3-4 different moves. Each movement is done to fatigue/failure so use heavier weights.

Interval 1:
Back Rows
Overhead Press
Full Body Pushup to Back Extension
Back Extension

Interval 2:
Side Plank Back Fly
Overhead Pullover in a Hip Bridge
Tricep Skull Crushers in a Hip Bridge
Bicep Curl Boat Pose
