This pre/postnatal workout is designed for anyone who has experienced pelvic floor issues. Pelvic floor issues can turn up as low back pain, incontinence, hip pain, even shoulder pain. By learning how to heal your body through your pelvic floor, you will not only feel empowered in your own body, you will be given the tools to rebuild strength, heal incontinence, relieve pain surrounding the pelvis, and support your confidence as your body heals and changes during and after pregnancy. We work on getting the inner core muscles: diaphragm, transversus abdominis, pelvic floor and multifidus, moving in synchronous.
