- Sturdy Chair (or Ottoman)
- Gliders (or towels, paper plates or magazine pages)
SUPERSET is a quick 20 minute strength training class. Using various equipment such as bands, dumbbells, gliders, steps and bodyweight, you get a quick and efficient workout in only 20 minutes. Classes focus on upper body, lower body or full body. A superset combines two moves to get the maximum workload in a short amount of time. If you have more than 20 minutes, you can always combine more than one superset.
