WEEK 2 - DAY 1 - REBOOT CHALLENGE

Equipment:
-Gliders
-Bands
-Towel

Build strength to the beat of the music in this 20-25 minute class. Focusing on one section of the body (lower, upper, core, etc.) per class to maximize lean muscle growth. Each superset consists of two moves that eventually get combined and each section only last about 3-4 minutes. The class goes by quickly but you will still feel your muscles working.
